Due to the nature of shipping that is beyond our control, we do not refund missing shipments.
We offer tracking, and unfortunately, that is the best we can do.
We use to UPS only as they take pictures of delivery, which helps us ensure your cup has been delivered to the right home.

Air bubbles within the cup can occur as a natural result of the shipping process and are not grounds for replacement. These bubbles are considered an inevitable aspect of the shipping and handling process. Keep in mind, having a bubble or two will prevent it from breaking. Bubbles are our friend.

If your package comes damaged, please send pictures within 24 hours of delivery to: kennedycreations5@gmail.com so we can assess and determine the next course of action.
